What are your delivery times?
You can follow your order online at any time through our «Follow my order» page. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You can also track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders received at our Order Processing Centre before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will normally be shipped the same day; orders received after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will normally be shipped the next business day.

Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.

Due to the variable availability of items, several items of the same order can be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipment, each individual shipment can be billed separately, but the total shipping costs for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat rate for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.
How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is free from $200. Prices for delivery will vary depending on your address.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We provide worldwide shipping only if the address is part of a known territory.

Each order can take up to five days before being shipped, your address is not known and cannot be found at the delivery company, we will refund you the total amount of your invoice. Please note that if there are percentages of rebates, the rebate amount will be automatically deducted from your bill.

Please note that we are not responsible for loss or theft of control. If your order is lost or stolen, we will send you the number of the delivery company that took over your order and with your tracking number you will contact them to follow up with them.

How do I cancel my order?

Returns and exchanges must be made in accordance with the instructions provided in our return policy.

You have two options to return or exchange merchandise purchased online: by mail. All returns and exchanges of orders online, must be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the order.

Your order will arrive with a prepaid shipping label that can be used to return the goods at no additional cost. Mail your parcel return to a Canada Post location or a delivery location that can be delivered to Canada.

Credit for the returned item or items will be refunded to your account in the form of the payment method used. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of the return process.

If you use both a gift card and a credit card to pay for an order, the total value of the gift card will be deducted first and then the balance will be paid using your credit card. For online returns only, if you return an item paid in full or in part with a gift card, the amount paid on the gift card will be refunded to you through a new e-gift card.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please feel free to contact us at info@eniliadesign.com to begin the return process. The item must be new, the 14-day period must be eligible, the item must be approved by an advisor prior to making the exchange

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

We do not accept any exchange of items, and we do not hold ourselves responsible if the item breaks or cracks during delivery. Our team monitors each item to make sure it’s a great service.


How do I return my product?

How do I take care of my product?
Enilia products are manufactured in selected materials with the greatest attention. To ensure the longevity of the product, please treat it carefully.

Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat and rain. If it gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.

Fill the handbag with tissue paper so that the bag retains its shape and the paper absorbs moisture, then store it in the silk protective pouch provided.

Do not carry heavy products that could deform the bag.

To clean it, use a soft, dry cloth.

We do not offer extended warranty.
